Akta 520 adalah satu tindakan untuk membentuk Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB) pada tahun 1994. la dilaksanakan untuk menawarkan kepakaran CIDB dalam industri pembinaan tempatan dan lain-lain perkara yang berkaitan dengan pembinaan. Dalam Akta 520, kualiti dan keselamatan pembinaan merupakan tunggak utama yand diwartakan penguatkuasaan.

Akta 520 melibatkan tiga perkara utama iaitu:

• Peningkatan kuaiti pembinaan melalui pendaftaran kontraktor, personel binaan, pemerakuan kemahiran dan kompetensi
• Jaminan kualiti bahan binaan melalui penetapan dan pematuhan kepada standard; dan
• Perletakan tanggungiawab mengurus don memastikan keselamatan bangunan dan ker pembinaan semasa atau selepas kerja pembinaan ke atas kontraktor dan pengurus tapak.

In accordance with Akta 520 (CIDB Malaysia Act), CIDB accreditation is mandatory for any party supplying truss systems for construction works — whether for private or government projects.

To participate in government projects, suppliers must be registered with the Public Works Department (JKR) as a certified lightweight truss installer.

Hai Point uses the industry-leading design software to ascertain joint depths, produce manufacturing output and structure calculation.

All our products are pre-loaded into the software. We will use the software to create a structure model and then run as stimulated load test to evaluate the design.

The load test will help us to identify members with inadequate strength.
